- Check the Availability Calendar to see if we can accommodate your event.
- The hire charges are clearly shown under the Hire Charges page.
- Please read the Terms & Conditions of Hire page which can be downloaded and printed off.
- Email your requirements to the Booking Clerk at Sychdynmemorialhall@gmail.com
- Once we have been able to agreed a booking for a single event including cost, the Booking Clerk will send you an invoice via email.
- Once the invoice has been paid in accordance with our instructions, your booking will be confirmed by email and the booking recorded on the Availability Calendar.
- If you require a Regular Booking, for a class for example, you need to complete the Regular Hire Booking form. The Booking Clerk will take you through this process after your initial enquiry.
