Single Hire Booking
You no longer need to complete a booking form, we will obtain all of the information we need from you via email or phone.
In order to make a booking it's advised that you:-
On agreeing your booking, an invoice will be issued via email. As a small charity, we would prefer payment in full within 7 days. If that's not possible, we would accept a deposit as indicated in your invoice to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance paid one month before the hire of the hall. If you decide to cancel the booking within 14 days of the hire date, we reserve the right to withhold the monies paid. Following your event, the deposit is refundable providing you leave the hall as you find it and take all of your non-recyclable rubbish home with you. Our Terms and Conditions can be accessed from several places on the website and your payment is also your confirmation that you agree to those Terms and Conditions.

- Check the Availability Calendar to see if we can accommodate your event.
- The hire charges are clearly shown under the Hire Charges page.
- Please read the Terms & Conditions of Hire page which can be downloaded and printed off.
- Email your requirements to the Booking Clerk at [email protected] or simply pick up the phone and we can note your requirement. The information we need from you is as follows:
- Name, address, email and contact phone number.
- Reason for the Booking, child, adult party etc.
- Date of event and booking start and finish time, including set up and clear down.
- Number of people in attendance.
- Are you having a Bouncy castle or other equipment?
- Do you need to use the cooker? Do you require the addition of a small freezer to be ready for your use?
- Will you be selling alcohol?
