Yoga, an ancient spiritual practice, yoga has now become popular as a way of promoting physical and mental well-being and easing symptoms of chronic pain. You will be fully guided through a sequence of stretches, breathing practises and a relaxation practise. These sessions are suitable for every type of body – you are welcome to use a chair, wheelchair, stand or sit on the floor. You are welcome to join in every part or choose the bits you feel comfortable with. You choose what suits you. Please bring a mat and a blanket.
